Stop consuming milk to stop MS
Completely removing milk from your diet may halt the progression of Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS)
The reason I believe this is because it worked for me. Within a year of totally eliminating milk from my diet, the progression of my MS stopped (no new nerve lesions, scarring or demyelination). I have had no new MS progression for 13 years, have been off any MS medication for more than five years and am currently running 3 miles a day.
Evidence to support this includes:
-
My RRMS began a few years after greatly increasing milk protein consumption and MS progression halted within a year of completely removing milk from my diet.
-
The milk protein butyrophilin appears to be capable of initiating an MS autoimmune reaction.
-
The patterns of worldwide prevalence of MS and the worldwide consumption of milk match very closely.
-
The autoimmune disease celiac is caused by diet. It is not a stretch to conclude that MS could be caused by diet too.
